A Complete Training Program must include:

1.
Movement Preparation (general & specific warm-up)

2. Injury Prevention work

3. Strength Training

4. Core Training

5. Cardiovascular Training

6. Flexibility (combination of static, corrective, dynamic, active, and functional)

7. Rest, Recovery & Regeneration (nutrition, off days, supplements, etc.)

8. Periodization (change-up your programs every 4-6 weeks)

Does your workout include all of these elements?

If it doesn't, you should go back and revise it to include all the necessary
